This is the story of my 58 Vagabond. I'm an Aircraft guy by trade. Never had any interest in boating. Always loved the old Chris Crafts because of their beautiful form. Then one day in 2001 I was on my way to Carlisle for the car show and this beautiful Aluminum boat passed me. I caught up to it and it was a thing of beauty ! So it too me 5 yrs to find one thru AltaVista ! The boat had so much dock rash and Redneck modifications that it took two yrs to restore. Now that it is done and the big twin installed,,,,it hauls !! With me alone onboard,,,32 mph.
